No audition required*

*Students must be able to read well and memorize short scripts/monologues between classes. (yep a little bit of homework!)

Students must be willing to interact in group setting and work well with others. Physical activity will be required for some acting exercises. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes.

Please note this is an acting technique workshop. This is not a musical theater camp- no dancing or singing will be required, but it is always fun to incorporate if you know how! No experience or previous training is necessary. All levels/ages will work together.

What we’ll be doing:

  • Improv games
  • Scene study and script analysis (It’s all about the story!)
  • Building characters
  • Monologue technique
  • Auditioning for theater
  • Auditioning for film & commercials and how to get a talent agent in Denver!
  • Acting exercises to help you think outside the box!
