Park Phase II:
Richdell Construction has started construction on Phase II of our Park. They have begun trenching the area and fencing is up around the construction zone. During construction the playground, bathroom and pavilion will remain open. Visit our website to see the features that will be included in Phase II:

District Landscape Information:
Mulch around the district trees has been completed.  Turf aeration has also been completed. Sprinklers are being activated and we are watching the new plant material at the monuments for growth and replacement as needed. Weeding and getting pre-emergents is occurring as well. Power washing at the gazebo is taking place at the end of April/beginning of May. Cox will be cleaning the retention ponds in May/June. We had damage occur at our Smokey Hill monument where tires and a plow went through the landscape and turf area. Cox will be working to fix and repair the area and get it looking like new.

Park Maintenance:
Due to some vandalism that occurred in the park bathroom, the board has decided to reducing the hours that the park bathroom is open. The open hours for the park bathroom are 6am – 8pm. The hours will reduce when the days get shorter again to around sunset to deter anymore vandalism.

Girls Bathroom Remodel:
The girls bathroom remodel is complete and will be ready for opening weekend. Can’t wait for the community to enjoy both remodeled pool bathroom facilities.

No Dumping at the Clubhouse:
During the last few months we have seen an uptick in dumping at the clubhouse. We do have cameras in the clubhouse parking lot and give license plate numbers to the police. Please be a responsible neighbor and do not dump anything by the clubhouse. Tri-County recently shared this list of ways to recycle that might be helpful for our neighbors if you have bigger items or items that can not be picked up by Waste Management’s normal service.
Here is there A-Z recycling guide: www.tchd.org/RecycleGuide

Clean up after your pet:
Please be a good neighbor and help keep our neighborhood clean and beautiful. Please clean up after your furry friend. There has been an increase of residents not cleaning up after their dogs. Please be considerate and do the right thing.

District Election:
The next election for the Board of Directors will be on May 3, 2022. At that time, one (1) director will be elected to serve until May 2023, and two (2) directors will be elected to serve until May 2025.  To view information regarding the candidates and the election click here.
