Weightlifting for beginners is designed for complete beginners or those looking to refine their technique; this course offers an inclusive and supportive atmosphere to establish a solid foundation in the art and science of resistance training. During the class you will be guided through the essentials of weightlifting, with an emphasis on proper form, safety precautions, and injury prevention. You'll gain hands on experience using various equipment, including free weights and machines, while learning to confidently performkey movements.
