Cooking for Kids

Calling all kids for some fun in the kitchen! Over 8 weeks, build confidence, practice safe kitchen skills, and eat yummy food as we cook our way through different recipes, learning basic cooking skills along the way. Kids leave this series feeling inspired to try new foods! Classes are led by an experienced cooking instructor in our YMCA kitchen spaces.

NEW MLS GO Traditional Soccer League

Join the YMCA MLS GO Soccer program, a fun and inclusive youth soccer league created in partnership with Major League Soccer and RCX Sports. Players develop fundamental soccer skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a supportive environment. Led by trained volunteer coaches, the program emphasizes safety, confidence, and a love for the game. MLS GO participants receive age-appropriate instruction and MLS-branded jerseys, shorts and socks (Full Kit included in registration). Practice once a week for one hour and games on Saturdays.

Season Dates: April 6 – June 6 (8-weeks)
Divisions: 5-6, 7-8 & 9-10 year old coed

Spring Training Baseball Academy

Swing, throw, and run the bases in this 4-week skills academy designed to help young players develop foundational baseball skills. Age-appropriate drills and games will focus on hitting, throwing, fielding, and base running. Emphasizing teamwork and sportsmanship, this academy supports beginner and developing players alike.

CLASSES: 3-4, 5-6 & 7-8 year old

Weekly Drop In Adult Soccer

Join us for a fun and friendly drop- in soccer game every Sunday at the Aurora YMCA. No commitment, just show up and play! We focus on having a good time and enjoying the beautiful game. (waiver must be filled out to play)

Outdoor Pickleball at the Aurora YMCA

Grab your paddle, wiffle balls and friends for some friendly pickleball at the Aurora YMCA at Wheatlands.

Tae Kwon Do

Tae Kwon Do teaches more than physical fighting skills. It is a discipline that shows ways of enhancing our spirit, mind and body. Today, it has become a global sport that has gained an international reputation.

Women on Weights

Wednesdays at 9:30 AM

This series will focus on strength training for beginner, intermediate and advanced persons identifying as a female. This progressive series will focus on safely performing classic lifts, such as squats, deadlifts and bench press. You will implement a variety of weight lifting techniques using dumbbells, TRX, thera-bands and barbells.

COST: $80 members / $130 non-members

Join the SAY Summer Swim Team!

Get ready for an exciting summer with the Summits of Aurora YMCA (SAY) Swim Team! Our season kicks off after Memorial Day and runs through July, offering swimmers ages 5 and up the chance to build skills, make friends, and have fun in a supportive team environment. No need to know all four strokes. All swimmers just need to be able to swim across the pool! Whether you’re new to swim team or looking to improve, SAY is the perfect place to dive in.

Season Dates: May 26, 2026 – July 10, 2026

Registration deadline: May 23, 2025

Registration Cost: Member: $245, Non−Member: $300 for one swimmer. Additional sibling discount of 15% off.
