Pool Update

Unfortunately, the Wheatlands activity pool will not be ready for the opening weekend because of a number of repairs that needed to be taken care of in order to open this season. The board approved for a new VGB drain to be installed for safety reasons and also a number of other leaks needed to be fixed. Those have all been taken care of. Unfortunately, because of the weather, the bottom of the activity pool has not been able to be plastered. There is still standing water and they are behind schedule due to all the rain. In addition, as of this morning, we have a broken lateral filter in the lap pool. The lap pool will still be able to be used but there will be some sand at the bottom of the pool until it gets fixed. We will vacuum the pool daily to get as much of the sand as possible, so that we can keep the lap pool open. We hope that this will be fixed within the next week or so. We apologize for this unfortunate situation, but we have done everything we can to get the pool up and running, and the weather has not been helping us at all. We will keep you posted on the repairs.
