The Wheatlands Outdoor Pool is CLOSED for the Season!

Although we had plans to keep our pool open until the end of September our Pool decided to quit early!

Unfortunately a pool filter gasket has broken in the lap pool and the replacement part will not come in before we close for the season. 

Our pool technician has ordered the part and we will get the pool up and running for next season. The baby pool also needs some additional maintenance and for safety reasons we have decided to close both pools. 

We apologize for the inconvenience. We do have lap swimming and family swimming available at our indoor pool at the Aurora Family YMCA at Wheatlands.

Due to the inconvenience of closing the outdoor pool early, the Aurora Family YMCA will open its doors to Wheatlands Residents only on Sunday, September 19th from 11am – 5pm. Please come in and enjoy the indoor pool on a day that it is not usually open.

If arriving after 12noon, please go around to the back of the building to enter and exit the pool area, as the rest of the facility will close at 12noon.
